Empaths are not weak, neurotic or hypochondriac. Before I discovered I was an empath, I always thought there was something wrong with me.

I felt socially awkward and was always feeling chronically tired. As a teenager, I would drink and smoke to numb my sensitivities and always find myself in unhealthy relationship patterns.

I would blame myself for being too sensitive. I would walk into the malls or crowded spaces feeling fine, and walk out with body aches feeling completely exhausted.

While being a highly sensitive being, it made sense WHY I felt that way. After discovering and using the life-changing tools, I was able to heal the relationship with myself and my husband and create a freedom-based abundant lifestyle. Today I help thousands of people around the world discovering their gift of sensitivity.


  • Absorb positive and negative energies into their muscles tissues and organs.

  • Experience low self-esteem, codependency, and addiction to food and substances in order to numb the sensitivities. 

Being an emotional sponge or what I call, unempowered empath, will make you want to stay in bed and hide under your covers.

It does not have to feel this way. Being an Empath doesn’t have to be so overwhelming. You can be sensitive and powerful at the same time. You can enjoy parties and gatherings when you apply the strategy for staying grounded and stress-free. You can be empowered!

What if I am not sure if I am an empath?

If you answered Yes to any of the questions at the beginning of this page, you are an empath. There are different types of empaths. Depending on your type, you will receive a personal energy protection strategy that you will be able to apply to your unique situation. I will also help you use your sensitivities as gifts, and stop feeling like they are a curse.

What is an empath healing workshop?

It is an online LIVE class of like-minded supportive individuals who want to create a better life, embrace their intuitive gifts and know how to become empowered on all areas of life.

I will show you how to avoid triggers that make empaths’ symptoms worse and release stress in any area of your life.

  • Empath protection strategy You will know how to protect your energy.

  • Your empath type and spectrum. You will learn what type of an empath you are and how to take care of it.

  • Rapid manifesting blueprint for empaths. The blueprint that helps you create the life you want.

  • Energy cord cutting meditation. We will remove any energy cords that are not serving you.

  • Meditation for removal of energy blocks. We will remove any blocks that are preventing you from taking action.

  • Exercises for activating your intuition and your empath gift.
